Refund and Return Policies

You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;

  • The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;
    •

    The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.

  • We do not exchange products with an inappropriate size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error when choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to customer regret.

     Send an email to us and inform: Order number;

  • VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT

    • Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and will reimburse you for the amount paid for the product and shipping.

     FORMS OF REFUND
  • Credit card chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed through the payment gateway.

    TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT. The store team is constantly investing in policies so our customers always leave.
